Two Fish Charters is operated by Captain Yuri's Charters, Inc. ("Two Fish Charters," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through tortugas-fishing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send us an inquiry or chat with us on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the trip, date and group size you ask about, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Bookings. When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the trip and date you book. Payments are processed by our payment processor under its own privacy policy. We don't receive your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, we and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and the site that referred you. The map on this site is provided by Google.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and plan and run your trip.
- To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and trip updates, such as weather changes.
- If you opt in, to send you text messages about your inquiry and booking, and offers on our trips.
- To ask how your trip went and invite you to leave a review.
- To understand how people use this site and improve it.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights and the rights of others.
Text messages
Our inquiry form has two separate, optional text-message consent boxes. If you check the first, you agree to receive text messages from Two Fish Chartersabout your inquiry and booking. If you check the second, you agree to receive marketing text messages about our trips and offers, which may be sent by automated technology. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking provider, our website host, and our customer messaging and email platform. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
- In a business transfer, such as a sale of the business, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Your information: email us to ask for a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as the law requires.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
