These terms govern your use of tortugas-fishing.com (the "Site"). Two Fish Charters is operated by Captain Yuri's Charters, Inc. ("Two Fish Charters," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our trips, book, and contact us. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, and no submitting false or someone else's information.
Bookings
Online bookings are made through the booking calendar on the Site; other bookings are confirmed with us directly. A deposit holds your trip ($1,000 for the full day and overnight trips, $3,000 for the 3- to 4-day trips), paid through PayPal by 30 days before the trip, or when you book if the trip is sooner. The balance is due on the day of the trip. If we cancel a trip for weather or a mechanical problem, you can have your deposit back or move to another date; otherwise deposits are not refundable. Prices and trip details on the Site may change.
Text messaging program
- Program: Two Fish Charters text messages.
- What you'll get: texts about your inquiry and booking if you checked that box on our form, and marketing texts about our trips and offers (which may be sent by automated technology) if you checked that box.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email yuri@two-fishcharters.com.
- Consent: consent to receive texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
- Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in to texts.
- Carriers: mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Third-party services
The Site links to and works with services we don't control, such as Google and review sites. Their own terms and policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them.
Our content
The Site's text, photos, logos, and other content belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
